Welcome to Gym Jaao, a mobile application operated by (KRKP PRIVATE LIMITED). By downloading, accessing, or using our app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).

By accessing or using our mobile application and services (the “App”), you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. User Eligibility

The App is accessible to users of all ages. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Use of Services

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and not to:

• Use the App for any unauthorized or illegal purpose.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the App.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or networks connected to the App.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

5. Health Disclaimer

Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before starting any fitness program. Use of the App is at your own risk.

6. Subscription and Payments

Some features may require a paid subscription. You agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes.

7. Cancellation Policy

Gym Jaao (KRKP PRIVATE LIMITED) values transparency in its subscription and payment processes. If you choose to cancel your subscription after activating the auto-pay feature, please read the following terms carefully:

• No Refunds on Cancellation
  If a user cancels their active subscription before the billing period ends, no full or partial refund will be issued for the unused days remaining in that subscription cycle. This applies regardless of the time left in the subscription.
• Lifetime Validity of Remaining Subscription Days
  Once the subscription is canceled, any remaining days from the active subscription will not be forfeited. Instead, those unused days will remain credited to the user’s account and can be used at any time in the future, without any expiration. This allows flexibility for users to return and continue their fitness journey when convenient.
• Auto-Payment Deactivation
  Upon cancellation, the auto-payment feature will automatically be disabled, and no future charges will be applied to the user’s account. Users must ensure they cancel before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the subsequent cycle.
• User Responsibility
  It is the responsibility of the user to manage their subscription, including enabling or disabling auto-pay. Gym Jaao (KRKP PRIVATE LIMITED) is not liable for any charges that occur due to failure to cancel the subscription on time.
• Subscription Access After Cancellation
  Users who cancel will retain access to the app and all features tied to their active subscription days. Once those credited days are exhausted, access to premium features will be restricted unless a new subscription is purchased.
• How to Cancel
  Users can easily cancel membership anytime by simply tapping CANCEL MEMBERSHIP in the profile section.

8. Intellectual Property

All content in the App is the property of Gym Jaao or its licensors and is protected under intellectual property laws.

9. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate third-party services like Google Fit or payment gateways. We are not responsible for their practices.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms or harmful conduct.

11. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the last six months.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the new Terms.
